Law firm Simmons & Simmons has launched a major update of LaunchPlus – its tool for hedge fund startups, which has been in operation since 2015 and helps new fund managers to navigate the complexities of establishing a hedge fund in the UK.
Designed by legal experts at Simmons, updates to LaunchPlus, which offers a suite of resources and information tailored for both new managers and those looking to expand their existing fund operations, includes new content and features, and a more user-friendly experience.
Simmons hedge fund practice currently acts for over three-quarters of the largest UK and European hedge fund managers, over half of the largest US hedge fund managers, and over one-third of the largest Asian hedge fund managers.
