SkyBridge Capital, the $7.9bn New York-headquartered alternative investment firm founded by Anthony Scaramucci, has partnered with South Korean securities firm Woori Investment & Securities, according to a report by WealthBriefingAsia.
Skybridge is now able to distribute its hedge fund products into South Korea and broader Asia, while Woori has allocated capital to a SkyBridge fund of hedge funds vehicle.
Woori’s services include wealth management, investment banking and prime brokerage. It oversees KRW148.9tn ($107bn) in client assets and serves both domestic and foreign clients through 13 overseas offices and subsidiaries.
