Syz Capital, the $1.8bn alternatives investment arm of the family owned Syz Group, has appointed Ursula Nitschke as its new Head of Business Development and Investor Relations, with responsibility for capital raising and communications.
Nitschke has over 20 years of experience in alternative investments and private markets, and is known for her thought leadership, having authored a book on hedge fund performance and risk analysis.
Before joining Syz Capital, Nitschke led the expansion of institutional client relationships at INOKS Capital, a Swiss asset manager focusing on Impact Private Debt strategies. She also played a significant role at UBS Wealth Management, where she established and led the Hedge Fund Advisory Business, pioneering customised hedge fund portfolios for investors focused on outcome-oriented strategies.
