Andrew ChungCEOAndrew Chung established Compass Offices with the vision of creating a serviced office provider that would revolutionise the industry by introducing transparency, innovative
solutions and by forging partnerships and genuine relationships with clients.
Since opening the first Compass Offices location in Hong Kong in December 2009,
Andrew has seen Compass Offices become the fastest-growing serviced office provider
in Asia, currently expanding at the rate of one new location every two months and is the
largest serviced office provider in Central, Hong Kong.
Andrew was born and educated in the United Kingdom, where he originally trained and
qualified as a Chartered Accountant before joining KPMG in Hong Kong.
He founded his own recruitment company, Wall Street Associates, in 1997, and it quickly
grew to become one of Asia's leading independent recruitment firms. In 2005, Andrew
sold Wall Street Associates Hong Kong to Talent2, owned by Andrew Banks and Geoff
Morgan, formerly of the recruitment firm Morgan & Banks.
Andrew is the founder and investor of a number of specialised recruitment companies
and as the Chairman of International Recruitment Investments, enjoys funding new
start-ups. In 1999, Andrew funded (and later sold) Wall Street Associates Japan, which

Lachlan SloanChief Operating OfficerLachlan co-founded Compass Offices in 2009 with business partner Andrew Chung. As COO, he currently oversees the company’s regional operations and Compass Offices’ rapid growth plans across Asia Pacific. Under Lachlan’s leadership, and background in technology and entrepreneurship, Compass Offices is setting a new direction in the industry through its use of innovative and transparent solutions and world-class, banking-grade IT infrastructure.
Lachlan started his own dotcom business straight out of university, giving him solid understanding of sales and operations at an early age, before taking these skills and knowledge to a boutique technology recruitment firm in his home town of Auckland, New Zealand.
Always interested in Asia, he joined ConnectedGroup in 2001, a recruitment firm based in Hong Kong. He was quickly promoted to head of the firm's technology division.
In 2003, Lachlan joined Hong Kong recruitment firm Wall Street Associates, serving first as Chief Operating Officer and then as Chief Executive Officer.
In July 2007, Lachlan moved into the Managed Services business unit of Talent2 Asia. His experience in solution selling, executive search and overall exposure to Talent Acquisition Management (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) in Asia made him the ideal candidate for further developing the RPO solutions business across Asia.

Jessica SchubertSales DirectorIn her role as Sales Director at Compass Offices, Jessica leads the sales teams in Hong Kong and Tokyo to achieve high monthly sales results across all products and services. She is responsible for driving strategies through marketing channels and alliance relationships to increase demand and brand awareness. Originally from Germany, Jessica started her professional career in PR and Sports Marketing in the mid 1990s and joined the industry of serviced offices working for the market leader in Cologne in 1998. She quickly developed her customer service and managerial skills and opened a new business centre in 2001 as Operations Manager.
During 2003 and 2006 Jessica started a new career in the hospitality industry while traveling through and living in Australia and New Zealand and was in charge of a large bar in the heart of Sydney overseeing and managing 35 staff and a 180 seat restaurant.
Jessica then rejoined the global leader in the serviced offices industry as General Manager in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. She was responsible for the profitability of several centres, the strategic planning of the financial aspects of the business units as implementation of sales strategies to reach high occupancy and revenue streams.

Jens BoecherAssociate DirectorAs Associate Director, Business Development at Compass Offices, Jens is responsible for all aspects of the leasing process including the sourcing of transactions, proposal creation, business term negotiations, lease preparation and operational hand-off for the Hong Kong market, as well as building rewarding relationships and co-operations with relevant industry stakeholders and partners. Jens began his career in Advertising, as strategic planner on new business projects and several global automotive and FMCG accounts. He then moved into a project management role, overseeing the below-the-line activities in all of Germany for a global energy company. Jens relocated to Hong Kong in 2007 to manage the marketing activities for two global watch brands. In 2009, he joined a local Serviced Office and Corporate Services provider to head their Sales & Marketing activities across all service lines, growing the business from 1 to 3 locations within one year.
Jens joined Compass Offices as Area Sales Manager in 2010 and has since been one of the key revenue contributors to Compass Offices’ growth in Asia.
