Vistra, a global corporate service, trust and fund administration provider, has completed the rebrand of London Legalisation Services (LLS), a London-based provider of legalisation and consular services, as Vistra.

With the integration of LLS, Vistra UK now offers a complete range of tailored services to both individuals and corporates, from legalisation of documents and other corporate and commercial legal and compliance services, to helping UK or international companies set up local businesses or expand overseas, providing fund administration support for alternative investments, as well as safeguarding and managing personal and family wealth.
Established in July 2012, LLS arranges the legalisation of documents and provides other consular services in London for clients ranging from international law firms to corporate service providers and private clients. Its experienced team have built strong working relationships with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and all the major Embassies. It was acquired by Vistra in 2015.
