Top 20 hedge funds earned USD65.4bn for investors in 2021, says LCH

A report in the Financial Times says the total is the largest ever reported by LCH Investments since it started compiling data in 2010.

Ken Griffin’s Citadel and quantitative hedge fund giant DE Shaw & Co were the next most-profitable firms in terms of absolute gains, while Sir Christopher Hohn’s TCI, Izzy Englander’s Millennium Management, and Paul Singer’s Elliott Management also featured in the top 20.
