Michael Hutner

Michael Hutner serves as Senior Vice President, General Manager of SS&C Eze. He joined the business in 2000 when he was hired to oversee the launch of its New York operations. In his role, Mr. Hutner is responsible for SS&C Eze’s award-winning investment management solution Eze Investment Suite and its next-generation platform Eze Eclipse.

During his tenure, Mr. Hutner has held several leadership positions with the organization, including business development, sales, and marketing.

Mr. Hutner has more than 20 years of expertise in technology solutions and operational efficiency in the investment management industry and has extensive experience working with traditional asset managers and hedge fund managers across all sizes and strategies.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hutner worked for Price Waterhouse Coopers in their financial advisory services practice.

He is a graduate of Boston College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Finance.

Michael Reddy

Mike is the Chief Operating Officer at SS&C Eze. He oversees the client solutions, engagement, and success teams responsible for supporting clients with training and consultation as they install, use, and upgrade SS&C Eze.

He also oversees SS&C Eze's R&D function, which defines and delivers on the company’s product vision and strategy. His team of financial industry experts are responsible for delivering continuous improvement of mission-critical software and processes for our clients. 

Prior to joining SS&C Eze in 2016, Mike was vice president at Capgemini, a global professional services firm, where he oversaw global teams focused on technology-enabled change initiatives. These large-scale process and technology programs tackled core functions at Global 2000 companies looking for revenue-generating or cost-saving changes to core processes.

Prior to Capgemini, Mike worked at several other global consultancies including IBM, Hitachi, and Ernst & Young. He holds a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

James Griffin

James Griffin is Executive Managing Director, Head of Global Sales for SS&C Eze. In this role, he’s responsible for overseeing new sales, existing client growth, and strategic business development for SS&C Eze products worldwide, including SS&C Eze’s flagship solution, Eze Investment Suite, as well as its cloud-native platform, Eze Eclipse.   

James has more than 20 years of business development experience in the investment management technology market, 12 of which have been spent at SS&C Eze, where he has held numerous leadership positions, including Managing Director, Americas Sales and Director, North America New Business Sales. 

Prior to his current role, James oversaw sales for Orbital Insight and he was also previously Head of Sales and Business Development for NorthPoint Solutions (now ACA NorthPoint). James started his career in the financial services industry with Bond Technologies.

He is a graduate of The Kent School and received a bachelor’s degree in History from Union College.

Justin Sycamore

Justin Sycamore oversees sales for SS&C Eze in the EMEA region. He joined the company in 2018 from Algomi, where he was the global head of buy-side sales.

 

Justin began his career in FinTech over 20 years ago and has held senior roles for several buy-side technology vendors ranging from start-ups to well-established firms. 

 

Previously, he built his own software company, Toptrack Learning, which he sold to HarperCollins Publishers in 2016 after growing the client base to over 1,200 institutions globally.  

 

Justin graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and is a faithful rugby supporter.

Frank Maltais

Frank Maltais is the Regional Director APAC at SS&C Eze. He is responsible for overseeing new sales, existing client growth, and strategic business development for Asia. In his role, Frank works to connect firms in the region with the innovative products and superior service offered by SS&C Eze and SS&C GlobeOp. 

Frank joined SS&C Eze in April 2020 and is based in Singapore.   

He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and investment technology industry. Prior to joining Eze, Frank held various roles at State Street Bank, including regional director of the SSGX Software business for APAC and sales director for State Street’s insurance segment.

Previously, Frank also worked as head of presales at a leading investment data management solution vendor as well as managed his own investment and technology consulting company in London, UK. 

Frank holds an MBA from Webster University, USA, and is currently enrolled in MIT’s Masters of Data Science & Statistics program. He is also the founder of an NGO which built schools in Africa, South America, India, and Tibet.
