Pedal for Scotland is the biggest and fastest growing cycling event in Scotland. It is a cycle ride from Glasgow to Edinburgh, taking participants on a scenic tour of the back roads and cycle paths between Scotland’s two major cities.
There are 3 cycle options available. The challenge ride of 55 miles, the sportive of 100 miles or the family ride of 3 miles. The challenge and sportive rides will start in Glasgow Green and finish in Victoria Park in Edinburgh with the sportive ride taking a more southerly route to cover 100 miles.
Maggie’s are delighted to be the charity partner again in 2010. We raised over £225,000 in 2009 which is amazing and we are aiming high again for 2010.
Registration for the challenge ride is £20 and the sportive is £30. Cyclists can also choose to enter as part of a team.
