Joost Löbler has joined Fortis Prime Fund Solutions as
Global Director of Sales for Alternative Investments.

Mr Löbler has worked for Fortis and its predecessor MeesPierson since 1989.
Within Corporate Banking he had assignments in Curacao for Shipping and
General Corporate Banking, he also set up the Global Syndicated Loan Team
in Europe, Asia and the US and established the Global Marketing and
Communications Department of Corporate Banking in Rotterdam.

Mr. Löbler will be responsible for expanding Fortis' position as service provider
to the alternative investment funds.  He will lead the sales efforts of the ten
strategically located Fortis administrative offices.

Fortis Prime Fund Solutions is a new service platform within Fortis Information
Banking which draws on the global capabilities of Fortis. It is the sole provider of
an integrated package of services to hedge funds and funds-of-funds, products
which are unrelated to brokerage and research thereby enabling Fortis to work as
a strategic partner with its clients in offering unbiased service and advice.

Fortis offers a "one-stop-shop" for all of a fund's administrative and financing
needs based on its extensive experience with offshore activities, including
comprehensive fund administration, financing of trade positions, clearing
transactions, safekeeping of portfolios and covering of short sales.

Background Note: Fortis administers over 1,400 funds with net assets in excess
of US$100 billion, from six key offshore locations: Cayman Islands, Curacao,
Hong Kong, Ireland, Isle of Man and Luxembourg. In addition, it has
representative offices in Amsterdam, London, New York and Tokyo.
