Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (MLIM) has appointed Eilín O'Carroll to its Product Development Team overseeing the launch of new funds and services. 

She will be based in London and will report to Paul Freeman, Head of Product Development for MLIM in Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific.

O'Carroll joins MLIM following four years with State Street Global Advisors where she was Head of European product management responsible for the launch of hedge funds as well as other cash and bond funds. She has over ten years experience in a range of roles in investment banking and asset management.  She also holds a Masters of International Business from UCD Graduate Business School and a Law degree from the College of Law London.
