Otkritie, the Russian brokerage, has signed up MDM Bank’s FX and money markets team in Moscow.
The six-strong team is responsible for global currency markets foreign exchange operations, lending and borrowing activities on the interbank market domestically and worldwide, including repurchase agreements.
The team, each of whom have a minimum of 15 years experience in the international money markets, is as follows:
• Sergey Kerch has become the head of FX and money markets at Otkritie
• Sergey Vandysh has been appointed as councillor of the head of FX and money markets
• Petr Neimyshev is head of FX markets
• Timothy Doskovsky is senior dealer at FX markets
• Kazbek Shukaev has become the head of banknote operations
• Yuri Pivovarov has been appointed as deputy head of banknote operations
