Fulcrum Asset Management has appointed Tamsin Webster as chief people officer (CPO). With many years’ investment industry experience, Webster has acted in a consultancy capacity to the firm over the past 12 months.
Prior people and culture roles have included positions with BlackRock, UBS, and AHL Man, Lloyds Banking Group and BT. More recently Webster has acted as an adviser and consultant supporting companies in specific initiatives.
Webster has been tasked with helping Fulcrum evolve and embed its culture, practices and process and help attract and retain the best and brightest talent.
Fulcrum has a team of over 80 people including macroeconomists, asset class specialists and research analysts.
