Diversified systematic asset manager Florin Court Capital has appointed Mike de Groot as Managing Director – Product Management. De Groot previously worked with the Florin Court team at Man/AHL.
In his new role, de Groot, who has particular knowledge of macro/CTA investment programmed and alternative markets, will help manage investor relations and product development.
According to a press statement, his appointment “helps ensure that Florin Court’s clients continue to receive the excellent and responsive service to which they are accustomed”.
Prior to joining Florin Court, de Groot most recently served as Institutional Sales Director at BlueCove Limited for four years. Before this, he held the position of Senior Vice President at Two Sigma for nearly six years, working in the investor relations team and focusing on the EMEA region.
Prior to his tenure at Two Sigma, Mike was a Client Portfolio Manager at Man/AHL for seven years until September 2013.
