Trademark
1. Proper Use of the Trademark
You must not alter the logo and/or the trademark’s spelling, capitalisation, or design.
2. Attribution
The first or most prominent use of the trademark must include the correct symbol:
TM for unregistered trademarks
® for registered trademarks
You must include a trademark attribution statement in materials where the mark appears, for example:
“[trademark name]® is a registered trademark of Global Fund Media Limited.”
3. Visual Presentation
You must not modify, distort, recolour, or recreate the logo and/or the trademark. You must follow
minimum size requirements provided by Global Fund Media Limited to preserve legibility.
4. Context and Usage Restrictions
You must not use the logo and/or the trademark in any way that; (a) implies endorsement,
partnership, or sponsorship of Global Fund Media Limited without permission; (b) is offensive,
misleading, or defamatory; or (c) suggests your products and/or services are produced by Global
Fund Media Limited.
Any unauthorised use of our content, brands, mastheads, awards logos, or references to award wins
is strictly prohibited and any use may only be undertaken with the prior written consent of Global Fund
Media Limited.
5. Product Naming & Domain Names
You must not incorporate the logo and/or the trademark (or confusingly similar variations) into: (a)
your product names; (b) your company name(s); (c) your domain names; or (d) your social media
handles unless you have explicit written permission from Global Fund Media Limited.
6. Consistency Across Materials
You must ensure all uses across digital, print, advertising, and social media follow these guidelines.
7. Reporting Improper Use
You must immediately report suspected misuse to Global Fund Media Limited so that it is able to
protect the integrity of the logo and/or the trademark.
