The SmartStream Reference Data Utility (RDU) has appointed Eric Bigelsen as Senior Vice President, Sales for the Americas.
In his role, Bigelsen (pictured), will be leading the sales and business development efforts for The SmartStream Reference Data Utility (RDU) initiative for banks, broker/dealers, asset managers, hedge funds and trading companies.
Bigelsen has over 25 years of experience building successful businesses in the financial services industry. He has worked in leading companies in data, analytics, research, ratings, compliance and technology solutions. During his career, he has served as Senior Vice President at Moody’s Investors Service, Senior Vice President at Moody’s Analytics, Senior Director at Fitch Solutions, Head of Sales at CUBE Content Governance, and Investment Consultant at Dean Witter Reynolds.
