AxeTrading, a fixed income technology provider, has hired Ivan Mihov as Sales Director. In this role, Mihov will focus on the company’s global buy-side initiatives.
Mihov (pictured), joins from MarketAxess, where he was responsible for buy-side sales in Germany, Austria and CEE. Before MarketAxess, Mihov was part of Bloomberg’s sell-side trading systems team selling TOMS and ETOMS to Tier 1 and regional fixed income dealers in CEE, Germany and London.
AxeTrading services clients in across 13 countries and four continents. In June, AxeTrading received a strategic investment of EUR2 million from Illuminate Financial, led by Mark Beeston and Mark Whitcroft.
