Cryptanium has launched Cryptanium Fund I, a new Cayman Islands regulated digital assets hedge fund with a strategy focused on “capital appreciation through deployment of trend-agnostic digital asset strategies seeking to capture yields and timed opportunities”.

The fund will execute on-chain transactions and interact with decentralised finance protocols as well as digital asset derivative and hedging solution providers to achieve market neutrality.

The fund is regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) and audited by a CIMA approved auditor under the umbrella of CV5 Digital SPC.

Eugene Moshnin, co-founder and CIO at Cryptanium, said: “The fund’s unique investment approach is to exploit market inefficiency through liquidity provision, market-making activities and arbitrage on chosen liquidity pools selected for their security, liquidity and yield return potential. A proprietary research system is used to assist in the discovery of outstanding opportunities by screening major DeFi protocols and blockchains.”
