Dillon Eustace has appointed Shane Coveney as a Partner in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds Practice.
With over 10 years’ experience, Coveney’s practice focuses on the structuring, establishment and operation of Irish regulated investment funds with particular expertise in exchange traded funds, UCITS and alternative investment funds and advising on the significant legal and regulatory developments impactingasset managers and fund promoters.
Coveney’s promotion to Partner builds on the Firm’s position as one of the largest and most experiencedlegal advisor to Irish domiciled investment funds with 16 Partners and an additional 20 lawyers advising global and domestic asset managers and fund promoters. The appointment is the latest in a series of appointments which has seen Dillon Eustace grow to 40 Partners and over 200 professional staff across its international offices in Dublin, New York, the Cayman Islands and Tokyo.
