DTCC, a post-trade market infrastructure for the global financial services industry, has appointed Sharon Biran as a Managing Director and Chief Client Officer as of 25 March, succeeding Timothy Keady, who is set to leave the firm at the end of the month.
Biran will join DTCC’s executive committee and reports to Francis J La Salla, President, CEO and Director. In her new role, she will lead the firm’s global client management and engagement strategy, including sales, relationship management, partners, as well as marketing and communications. She will also lead DTCC’s consulting services business.
Prior to joining DTCC, Biran was a Managing Director and Global Account Leader at Accenture.
