Compliance software solutions specialist Encore Compliance has enabled management of Material Non-Public Information (MNPI) as part of its generative AI expert call surveillance technology, directly aligning with greater scrutiny by the SEC on the effective handling and prevention of insider trading risks.
The technology now integrates expert call data with trade desk and personal trading surveillance, according to a press release.
In a statement, the specialist described the technology as empowering “compliance officers with sophisticated, customisable tools tailored to their firm’s unique risk profile, facilitating a proactive stance on compliance management”.
