Kevin Zadourian, a seasoned private funds lawyer and former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Glazer Capital, LLC (Glazer Capital) has joined US law firm Lowenstein Sandler, as counsel in the firm’s New York office.
Zadourian has experience in fund formation, structured finance and derivatives transactions, corporate governance documentation, the development and implementation of investment adviser compliance programs, and related regulatory matters. In the investment management space, he has served as an investment advisor to two separate multi-billion-dollar private funds.
Zadourian joins the firm as part of a larger expansion of the investment management group. His arrival follows Jonathan A Danziger, the former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Glenview Capital Management, who joined Lowenstein Sandler as a Partner earlier this month.
