The shipping bonds traded on NYSE Alternext are an excellent example of innovative financing. With this debt, we are able to continue offering interesting propositions on the equity side as well, including funds that use tax incentives. These schemes require a proper balance between equity and debt, while an attractive return for participants can be realized. An additional advantage of our listed bonds is that it is also an attractive product for institutional investors in their portfolio."
