Stephanie D Miller, the President and CEO of Hazeltree, a provider of treasury and liquidity management solutions for the asset management industry, has joined the Board of Directors at SEI. Miller will serve as a member of the Audit and Legal and Regulatory Oversight Committees, in addition to carrying out her Board responsibilities.
Miller has more than 25 years of experience across financial services and a deep knowledge of technology, which position her to provide expertise on SEI’s three pillars of capabilities: technology, operations, and asset management.
She was appointed as Hazeltree CEO in October 2023, and previously served as CEO of Intertrust Group. Most recently, she was the Chief Administrative Officer at Gilded and has also held executive roles at SS&C Technologies, JP Morgan, and Citco Fund Services.
