Henderson Global Investors has appointed Jill Hodges, previously director of marketing at MT Thaler Investment Management, as hedge fund sales manager, reporting to director of global hedge fund sales Alastair Barrie.
At MT Thaler, Hodges was responsible for sales, marketing and investor relations for European clients. She has also been an equity analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in London and a consultant with Ernst and Young Consulting in Europe and the US.

Henderson currently has more than USD3bn under management in its hedge fund business spread across 13 funds, split between long/short directional equity funds, market-neutral funds with a regional focus, equity long/short style rotational funds, and fixed-income multi-strategy and single strategy funds.
