Laven Group, a provider of regulatory compliance solutions and risk and due diligence services, has appointed Brad Stephenson as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Stephenson’s has extensive experience in the funds world, most recently as Head of Funds at Estera, and previously at Trident Trust.
At Estera, Brad oversaw the firm’s Cayman fund offering. This included fund directorships and related fiduciary services to Cayman corporate structures. Prior to this he accumulated over 10 years’ experience in the Cayman funds industry as a business development manager and has significant skills in the day-to-day management of funds in markets including the UK, US, Europe and Asia.
