Michael Turner, the CEO of Man Group’s solutions business Man Solutions, and the former CEO of the group’s specialist hedge fund division Man FRM, has left after 16 years with the company, according to a report by CityWire.
The report cites the FCA Register as confirming that Turner ended his client dealing role at Man Solutions on 28 July meaning that he no longer holds a role that requires regulatory supervision, although the exact date and circumstances of his departure are not clear.
Man is reportedly not planning to appoint a replacement CEO with with Carol Ward, a former president of Man GLG, taking on the role of head of Man Solutions. Jen Foehrebach, previous CIO of Man FRM, has been appointed as CIO of the division.
