Schonfeld has also been recruiting from top investment banks, adding experienced professionals to its London operations. Recent hires include: Tim Armstrong, who joined as an embedded technologist in Schonfeld’s new Delta-One team after six years as a software engineer at Goldman Sachs; and Anna Baines, who was appointed as EMEA Head of Broker Relations after moving from Barclays’ client strategy team.
