Alter Domus has opened two offices in Belgium and Malta.
Dominique Robyns, chief executive of Alter Domus, says: “As a preferred provider of outsourced administration services adapted to institutionals and alternative investment funds as well as to corporate and private clients, our focus at Alter Domus is always on delivering solutions that meet the needs of our clients, wherever they may be. Opening an office in Belgium was something our clients requested, and having an office in Brussels now completes our Benelux representation.”
In Brussels, the team is headed by Catherine Baudhuin and is focusing on real estate property companies and private clients as well as the provision of traditional services for holding and financing companies.
In Malta, led by Chris Casapinta, the office will offer corporate and management support to holding and financing companies of multinationals, investment firms, and other privately held companies. Shortly, this office will also offer fund administration services.
