Vermilion Software has expanded its operations to the Far East with a new office at 8 Marina View, Asia Square Tower 1, Singapore.
This expansion of operations will be led by Simon Cornwell (pictured), co-founder and global sales and marketing director, who has relocated to Singapore to ensure continuity of Vermilion’s client services and support in the Far East.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and having recently opened a larger office in North America, Vermilion’s newest expansion is to support the growing number of Vermilion clients and explore opportunities in the Asia Pacific region. Difficult market conditions and new regulatory obligations have pushed asset managers to differentiate themselves by improving customer relations. The challenge for firms is to streamline their client reporting and communications processes.
By selecting Vermilion Reporting Suite, asset management firms have a fully automated client reporting process, whatever their business environment. The system is designed to easily integrate into existing and established business processes, from high-touch, low-volume processes to low-touch, high-volume processes. Vermilion offers the flexibility to choose how reports are to be presented to each client in terms of format and branding and ability to drill through the charts to the underlying raw data.
Cornwell says: “It is a very important expansion for Vermilion. Our delivery of support to our clients in the Asia Pacific region reflects our position as the thought leader in the client reporting space. As our client base continues to grow, it made sense to expand into the Far East offering our existing clients who have operations in this region true in-house support. Some of Australia and Singapore’s biggest institutions have sought out our product encouraging organic growth for the company. The offices in Singapore will be the hub for Vermilion in the Far East and will operate sales, implementations and support services, making Vermilion a truly global firm.”
