Law firm Proskauer’s Hedge Fund Group has launched a new ‘how to’ handbook which addresses common securities and trading questions and issues received by hedge fund clients.
Using real world problems based on actual client interactions, the handbook provides a practical, guided analysis of current trading and securities law topics.
The Group will be releasing one chapter covering a specific topic each month over the next five months, ultimately creating a concise, approachable resource guide for the financial and legal industries.
