The Carnrite Group has added Senior Director, Geoff Angulo, to its team. Angulo brings over 25 years of experience in energy banking and management consulting.
“We have worked with Geoff before, and are excited to add him to the team. He is a great addition to our growing group,” said Alan Carnrite, CEO.
Angulo is an executive with over 25 years of experience in the upstream and midstream oil and gas industry. In his most recent role at Jefferies LLC, Geoff led the execution of more than USD38 billion of oil and gas industry transactions, including asset acquisitions/dispositions, corporate mergers and acquisitions, basin and asset level joint ventures, and corporate finance transactions and restructurings.
Angulo has managed multi-disciplinary teams in the execution of all aspects of transactions, including marketing, valuation, technical story, financial modelling, dataset organisation, and diligence.
