Everysk adds two to advisory board

Everysk Technologies, an investment technology company providing multi-asset portfolio analytics with data-centric, machine learning techniques, has appointed Terri Engelman Rhoads, a former partner of Guggenheim Group, and tech entrepreneur Rufus Griscom, to its Board of Advisers.The company also announced that Nick Beattie has joined as Partner, heading up Business Development.

Engelman Rhoads brings 31 years of industry experience, providing institutional investors with customised managed account solutions in the alternatives space. Over the last 13 years, she sat on the investment committees and the board of directors of both public and private pensions, endowments, and consultants assisting with investments in the alternatives space, including the $780 billion consultant, Pavilion Financial, recently acquired by Mercer. 
 
Throughout her career, she served as president of Guggenheim Management Partners, NIP, and Midwest Management Group, all focused on providing investors with transparent, liquid, and customised products.    
 
Griscom has co-founded four companies – Nerve.com, in 1997, acquired by IAC; Spring Street Networks, acquired by Various; and Babble.com, a website for a new generation of parents, acquired by Disney in 2011. He currently is running Heleo.com, a platform for one person media companies, backed by Comcast, Bertelsmann, Bloomberg, The New York Times, Inovia, and Greycroft.              
 
Beattie joins Everysk in the new role of Partner, Business Development. He brings more than eight years’ experience providing portfolio analytics and investment decision tools for hedge funds, asset managers, banks, and pensions with RiskMetrics, MSCI Barra, and Axioma. Beattie was also involved in alternatives manager research at investment consultant Rocaton Investment Advisors. He is a CFA charter holder and member of the CFA Institute.
