Amundi finalises partnership with Goldman Sachs Fund Solutions & Origination

Amundi has completed the full integration of the Luxembourg-domiciled fund platforms of Goldman Sachs Fund Solutions & Origination, an activity of Goldman Sachs Global Markets Division (GSFSO).Amundi Luxembourg, one of Amundi’s four main hubs for fund hosting services meeting UCITS and AIFM directives, has become the “Management Company” of three Luxembourg systematic and alternative management Sicavs with total assets under management on behalf of GSFSO of EUR2.6 billion. Amundi manages, controls and supervises Luxembourg investment vehicles based on GSFSO’s systematic trading strategies. Amundi also provides a management service as well as the analysis and monitoring of the external managers present on its UCITS platform for alternative funds.

Through its Fund Hosting business line, which capitalises on the group’s expertise and tools, Amundi provides its clients with a complete range of hosting solutions across several types of funds and asset classes in Luxembourg, Ireland, France and Austria. These solutions are aimed at investment banks, asset managers and private banks wishing to launch a Luxembourg fund. Amundi manages more than 300 sub-funds under Luxembourg law (UCITS and AIF) representing some 162 billion euros in assets under management, including 12 billion euros for third parties.
