SageTrader, a San Francisco and New York based broker dealer, is to deploy the cloud version of Eventus Systems’ Validus platform for its equities trade surveillance.
Validus combines both machine-learning (ML) and procedural technologies to detect potential manipulative behaviour and insider trading.
