Kyle Davies and Zhu Su, the founders Three Arrows Capital (3AC) are not cooperating with liquidators and have ‘gone missing’ after the troubled cryptocurrency hedge fund filed for bankruptcy, according to a report by Bloomberg.

In court documents, Teneo, the advisory firm appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of Three Arrows, said that Davies and Zhu had not been giving “meaningful cooperation” throughout the liquidation process, and that their whereabouts is unknown.
Teneo has reportedly requested to freeze Three Arrow’s assets and is also requesting a subpoena on Davies and Zhu to seek information on company records, assets, and other accounts.
Lawyers for Davies and Zhu have said the pair would cooperate throughout the liquidation, but during a Zoom call last week they are reported to hasve ket their video and microphones turned off and didn’t communicate with the liquidators.
