Adelstein is the second lawyer to join Kelley Drye's Corporate practice in the past month, following Martin D Teckler, who is resident in the firm's Washington, DC office.

"Michael Adelstein will be a tremendous asset to Kelley Drye's corporate practice," says Robert I Steiner, managing partner of Kelley Drye's New York office. "He has a reputation as a leader managing PIPEs and alternative investment structures, which will enhance our team and the services we provide clients. We're thrilled he's joining the firm."

"The comprehensive range of services Kelley Drye's corporate practice offers its clients really appealed to me. The firm's record of successfully executing large-scale projects and highly-specialised counsel is impressive, and I'm looking forward to joining a team of top corporate lawyers who provide the highest quality of services," says Adelstein.

Adelstein received his JD from Columbia University Law School and his BA and BS from the University of Pennsylvania, The College of Arts and Sciences and the Wharton School of Business. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Adelstein joins a team of corporate lawyers working throughout the firm's seven offices. Kelley Drye's corporate practice advises clients worldwide in numerous areas of law, including corporate finance and securities, financial institutions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and project finance.
