Amundi has appointed Ryan Myerberg as Head of Absolute Return – Global Fixed Income, effective 23 April. He will be based in London.
Myerberg joins Amundi from Janus Henderson Investors where he was a Senior Portfolio Manager for Global Macro and Global credit strategies. He was responsible for global economic, policy and political analysis, and was a member of the Investment Strategy Group, responsible for global asset allocation decisions across a number of fixed income strategies. He previously served as an international fixed income trader responsible for trading non-U.S. fixed income securities.
Prior to this, Myerberg was head of European fixed income for CF Global Trading (UK) Ltd and a trader at BlueMountain Capital Management in London.
He began his career in New York, working in both sales and trading roles within the fixed income divisions of Morgan Stanley and Lehman Brothers.
Myerberg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in foreign affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Government at the University of Virginia.
