Brickendon has promoted two directors to executive level to help strengthen the firm’s management structure and drive sustainable growth.

Harpreet Singh, of Brickendon’s data practice, and Richard Cryer, of the risk and regulatory practice, were promoted for their industry-leading expertise in their relevant fields, their excellent day-to-day performances delivering complex programmes for clients and their extensive leadership and management expertise.
Brickendon, which operates out of London and New York and is currently considering other opportunities for expansion, is experiencing significant growth thanks to its innovative and tailored solutions which are proving highly popular at a time when the financial services sector is shrinking. Sales in the first quarter were up 60 per cent on the same period a year earlier and the firm is on track to target group-wide sales of £30m by the end of year.
“We are very pleased to be able to reward great performances with promotion,” says Brickendon CEO Christopher Burke. “As a firm we operate a total meritocracy with promotion, including equity stakes in the firm available to our highest achievers. It is important that our employees have the opportunity to develop and grow themselves, whilst contributing to the overall growth of the firm. Both Harpreet and Richard have earned their new positions and we look forward to them playing an increased role in the leadership of our expanding global company.”
Over the course of this year Brickendon, whose expert consultants specialise across five practice areas of strategy, risk & regulation, data, quality, including testing, and digital, has been strengthening its management team with promotions and new hires. In June, Chris Beer joined as a partner to oversee the firm’s strategy practice, while earlier in the year, executive directors Nathan Snyder and Lee Pittaway were promoted to partners. Snyder overseas the firm’s data and quality practices and Pittaway is head business development.
