Yuriy Podoshev, a former Goldman Sachs MD who left the bank to join hedge fund giant Bridgewater Associates as an Engineering Director in late 2022, is returning to his former employer, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
Podoshev, whose last role at Goldman was as Global Head of Loans Engineering, has been appointed as Global Head: Private Bank Engineering just 17 months after departing.
He brings brining new skills on his return to to Goldman, having obtained certifications in cloud tech, deep learning and generative AI during his stint at Bridgewater.
