BTIG has appointed Alex Alden as a Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions and Financial Technology within its Investment Banking division.
Alden will oversee the firm’s efforts to deliver a complete set of advisory and capital solutions to BTIG’s financial services and financial technology clients globally. In his new role with the firm, he will be based in BTIG’s San Francisco office and report to Matt Clark, Global Head of Investment Banking.
Alden brings more than 25 years of industry experience to BTIG. Most recently, he was a Managing Director and Head of Financial Institutions and Head of Financial Technology at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC, focusing on M&A and capital advisory transactions.
