Citadel Senior PM reappears at Taula

Related Topics

Two years after leaving Citadel supposedly to join Millennium on a rumoured $50m package, Stefan Ericsson is back in business, not at Izzy Englander’s multi-strategy major, but at Taula Capital, former Millennium Senior PM Diego Megia’s new firm, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.

Ericsson is now the righthand man to Chief Investment Officer Megia, having taken on the role of Deputy Chief Investment Officer.

According to a report by Bloomberg, Taula has kicked off operations with no fewer than 25 former Millennium employees on its staff roster, with $3bn out of a total $5bn in launch capital having also come from the CIO’s former employer.

As well as Ericsson, Taula’s non-Millennium hires include Kevin Quinlan, the firm’s Head of Treasury, who spent nine years in fixed income sales at Goldman Sachs in London, and Alan Huynh, Head of Data and Software Engineering, who has joined from Balyasny. Head of Data and Analytics Tristan Alasoeur meanwhile was previously at Schonfeld Strategic Advisors.
