Coller Capital has completed fundraising for its first credit secondary fund, Coller Credit Opportunities I (CCO I). CCO I and its co-investment vehicles will have investor commitments of cUSD1.4 billion.
Coller Capital has completed fundraising for its first credit secondary fund, Coller Credit Opportunities I (CCO I). CCO I and its co-investment vehicles will have investor commitments of cUSD1.4 billion.
Based on Preqin data, CCO I will be the world’s largest pool of LP capital dedicated to private credit secondaries.
CCO I launched in May 2021 with an initial target of USD750 million and is expected to complete its final closing formalities shortly. The fund will have commitments from over 30 institutional investors, including pension plans, insurance companies, endowments, foundations, and family offices.
