Eisler Capital Management (Eisler), the fund founded by Edward Eisler, the former co-head of Goldman Sachs securities business, has upped the referral bonus it will offer to current staff who refer new portfolio managers to the fund, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
Quoting sources familiar with the matter, the report said that Eisler Capital would be upping the referral bonus it pays employees who refer new portfolio managers from $50,000 to $200,000. Â The sum will only be paid if the referred portfolio managers remain with Eisler for at least a year.
Eisler’s decision comes at a time when the battle for attracting and retaining hedge fund talent keeps getting more intense.
