Nikita Fadeev, the 29-year-old head of Fasanara Digital, is actively hiring experienced quants and developers to join his crypto hedge fund as the sector experiences renewed momentum, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
Fasanara Digital, which manages $150m in assets, is looking to onboard “the smartest people” as it expands. Prior experience in crypto isn’t mandatory, but familiarity with the market’s cyclical nature is a plus. Fadeev says a nuanced perspective on the market’s ups and downs will help candidates navigate what he calls “our third cycle.”
Currently, Fasanara Digital has 15 employees, with plans to add five more. New hires include industry veterans, including a recent recruit with 15 years of experience at G-Research, reflecting the fund’s focus on deep expertise.
