BNP Paribas’ THEAM Quant – Cross Asset High Focus fund, which seeks to achieve diversified absolute returns across market cycles using a liquid UCITS vehicle, has reached €600 million in assets under management after launching in November 2021. 
Atalaya Capital Management, an investment management firm focused on asset-based private debt and special opportunities, has closed its oversubscribed eighth Special Opportunities Fund with $1.8 billion of commitments from both new and existing partnerships with investors.

Canadian hedge fund firm Waratah Capital Advisors managed to generate positive returns on most of its products in 2022, including its flagship equity funds, despite its biggest hedge fund posting its first ever annual loss, according to a report by Bloomberg.
