With ESG data now a hot commodity across the financial services sector, hedge funds and other asset managers must dig deeper into company metrics to gain an edge, as the industry continues to grapple with a lack of consistent standardisation of sustainability scoring.

Integral, ahas  technology company in the foreign exchange market, reported today average daily volumes (ADV) across Integral platforms of USD50.6 billion in November 2021.  This represents an increase of +0.2 per cent compared to October 2021 and an increase of +5.9 per cent compared to the same period in 2020.  Integral’s global trading network has been designed to meet the trading needs of the widest variety of buy-side FX market participants, including banks, brokers, asset managers, and hedge funds.

Sycamore Tree Capital Partners (Sycamore Tree), an asset manager specialising in private and alternative credit investments, has closed its inaugural collateralised loan obligation (CLO), Sycamore Tree CLO 2021-1, Ltd (STCP CLO 1). The CLO totals USD403.3 million, with Citibank Securities serving as the underwriter and Dechert LLP acting as legal counsel to Sycamore Tree. STCP CLO 1 has a five-year investment period and invests in an actively managed portfolio of syndicated loans issued by US companies across a broad range of industries.
