MarketAxess Holdings, the operator of a leading electronic trading platform for fixed-income securities, has appointed John Maggiacomo to the newly-created role of Head of Client Sales in North America.
Maggiacomo is based in New York and reports to Kevin McPherson.
Maggiacomo most recently served as Head of US Credit Sales at Royal Bank of Canada, where he oversaw the secondary credit businesses with a dedicated focus on leveraged finance. Prior to RBC, Maggiacomo was Managing Director, Credit Sales at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
