Mayer & Hoffman Capital Advisors, LLC has been appointed Investment Adviser to Munder Capital Management’s diversified multi-manager fund of hedge funds.
Munder, a USD 40 billion asset management firm, is launching the fund with about USD 150 million in capital on 1January 2006 through its subsidiary Pierce Street Advisors.
New York-based fund of hedge funds manager, Mayer & Hoffman is known for its sourcing of managers globally and providing its clients access not only to established hedge funds but also the opportunity to invest in emerging, newer and specialized managers.
“Munder is committed to the alternative investment space and intends to roll out a single strategy hedge fund in the year ahead,” says Enrique Chang, Munder Capital’s President and Chief Investment Officer.
