Izzy Englander’s Millennium Management has added another Credit Suisse alumni to its ranks with the appointment of Jean-Baptiste Rolland as a Long-Short Equity Analyst, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
Rolland was with Credit Suisse in London for less than two years as Co-Head of its European Chemical Investment Research Team, before leaving to join the $58.9bn New York-headquartered multi-strategy manager’s Dubai operation.
Rolland spent the eight years prior to joining Credit Suisse split across stints with Bank of America and Goldman Sachs.
Rolland follows Anders Helgesen in making the switch from Credit Suisse to Millennium, with the former CS Equity Derivatives Trader joining the hedge fund’s London office as a Portfolio Manager last month.
