Alan Dunne, who was previously with Abbey Capital, leads the Ireland-based firm which will provide research and consultative support to its clients focusing on managed futures, trend following, and global macro strategies.
Opalesque says the firm is working with family offices and ultra high net worth clients on how to include allocations to liquid alternatives in these three areas, with research coverage to include macroeconomic and market analysis, hedge fund manager selection, and the use of quantitative strategies in asset allocation.
